Humanizing telecom for the Netherlands.

Showing a touch of humanity in the often cold Telecom industry, can be a daunting task. With the rebrand from T-Mobile Netherlands to Odido, the goal was to create a distinctive identity in a highly saturated telecom market. Humanizing this new brand across all digital platforms. Transforming into warmth, inclusive and approachable.

The challenge was to move away from the cold, technical feel common in the industry and introduce warmth, inclusivity, and personality. All without losing clarity or trust across digital platforms. Bring a bit of life into all points of contact for the customers.

Digital humanity.

In collaboration with Odido, Firma Buurman, and BUCK AMS, we animated a set of expressive character animations. Using subtle motion and playful interactions to bring warmth and approachability to Odido’s digital experience.

The characters helped the brand to feel more human, friendly, and memorable. The motion design strengthened brand recognition and supported Odido’s positioning as an inclusive and people-first telecom provider.
